I had to go out to the bank today and I noticed in the city centre (Den Haag) that there are a quite a number of people who seem to be just chilling out in the streets. The much needed *social distancing* was nowhere to be seen really. I saw groups of people biking around or sitting on a bench in the sunshine and having a chitchat, or reading a book or something. I even see a lot of elderly people walking around a lot even now. I'm not from this country and looking at people's attitude towards the whole crisis situation outside is kinda concerning and worrisome to me. It's a bit scary too. No offense, but why are a lot of people in this country least bothered about staying home and trying to keep themselves and others safe during a global health crisis like this? I just can't get my head around understanding this behaviour. Can someone please shed some light? Thanks in advance.
